    TARGET GROUP 1

    Students and academic staff registered in one of the universities members of the partnership.

    Nationals of Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus and European countries (Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Greece, Lithuania, Finland, Poland, Portugal) of the partnership

    TARGET GROUP 2

    Nationals of the countries of the partnership (Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus) registered at a Higher Education Institution NOT included in the partnership or having obtained a degree or equivalent from an institution in their country (which may be a partner or not).

    This includes the possibility of providing mobility opportunities to nationals of the countries in the partnership (Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus) who are working in public administration and public and private enterprises.

    TARGET GROUP 3

    Nationals of the countries of the partnership (Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus) in vulnerable situations. It may cover mobility for students holding the Ukrainian, Moldavian or Belarusian nationality and:

    • having a refugee status or asylum beneficiaries (international or according to the national legislation of one of the European recipient countries) or
    • it can be proved that they have been the object of unjustified expulsion from university on racial, etnic, religious, political, gender or sexual inclination reasons or
    • they belong to an indigenous population targeted by a specific national policy.

    Note:

    • Exclution criteria:  The BMU participant can not be lived in Europe for more than a total of 12 months during the last 5 years
    • No student, and no academic staff member can benefit from more than one mobility activity within the same project.
    • Mobility flows for student and academic staff between the European institutions of the partnership or between institutions in the BMU countries of the partnership are NOT eligible. Mobility must go from BMU countries (Belarusia, Moldova, Ukraine) to Europe or vice versa.
